Apps, APIs and Connectors

Our experience demonstrates that, despite its power and broad scope,  an organisation will want to integrate other solutions with the SAP CX suite. For whatever reason, even if it’s just some characteristics of a solution technology that fits their industry better, some organisations address certain requirements using another platform. For that general requirement we have the necessary knowledge around available SAP/ SAP CX / Hybris APIs and integration. 

For cross-cutting processes such as content and digital asset management that address broader requirements in areas outside “digital” (e.g. compliance), clients often want something different or deeper solutions. So even though those processes are addressed by SAP CX in a digital business sense, they are not what they need for areas outside their digital processes. That’s why, for example, we’re an EMEA VAR and integrator for Nuxeo, an amazing, highly functional, cloud-ready, micro-services based ECM and DAMS platform. The same applies to our relationship with Adobe in the context of creative and digital art processes. Products such as Photoshop and InDesign are ubiquitous, so we are happy to work with them and integrate those with SAP CX too.
